The Hungry Games

The Hunger Games series was so good to me. I ended up reading every book in the series, and many thoughts come to my head when I think of it. My first thought is that I hope America never falls into the traps of The Hunger Games. I feel it could be very easy to have something similar to this in real life, especially because of our worlds history of brutality and barbaric forms of entertainment. I have always  had faith in humanity though, so I feel like even if we succumbed to a form of entertainment such as the Hunger Games, I feel like we as people would revolt and take over quickly.
